*Avoid Caffeine/Coffee/Alcohol before your wax
*Avoid using numbing cream/spray before your wax
*Take a Tylenol 45 Mins-1 Hour before wax for comfort
*Exfoliate the are 24-48 before wax
*Wear breathable/loose fitting clothes to appointment if you can
*Bring your current products or a photo of them
*Bring any questions/concerns or anything you've seen change in your skin...including any lifestyle/diet/medication changes
*No Caffeine/Alcohol/Heavy Meal before your appointment
*Bring water to have after appointment
*Please bring/wear faja that you're currently using for a compression check.
